Vintage Chanel Mid-Century Glass Cabochon & Filigree Pendant Chain Necklace

Vintage, mid-century, Chanel necklace with a double-sided, three-dimensional pendant with prong-set deep green glass cabochons on either side, separated by filigree work ornately detailed with small glass cabochons around the sides, and strung on a foxtail chain. The original extender chain finished with a filigree bead is still attached. The main length of the chain is about 24.5 inches in length, and with the extender chain, the piece is about 27 inches or so end to end unclasped. Some metal and gilding loss on the pendant, but still beautiful and quite rare. Unsigned, from the days before Chanel began signing all of their jewelry - I’ve had the piece professionally authenticated and will send certificate information to the buyer.
