Vintage Certina Swiss quartz watch gold plated Ladies Wrist Watch rare timepiece

Please note the battery as been changed and the watch is keeping time- however-time is lagging. I did not want to damage it by trying to "figure out" the issue. But watch is being sold as. The 10 micron, gold-plated Swiss made watch features a 25 x 13mm, rectangular cushion shaped case with a textured bezel. Housed under the acrylic crystal is a champagne dial with applied gold-tone baton hour markers and beveled hands. “Certina” is below the 2 o’clock position and “Swiss Quartz” is above the 6 o’clock position. The watch is powered by a 7-jewel, Swiss quartz movement, water resistant at 30 meters/100 feet. Integrated to the case is a gold-filled woven mesh bracelet with a fold down clasp. The case back is stamped, “30 METERS STAINLESS STEEL BACK BEZEL GOLDPLATED G10 143 2030 26”. The watch measures approximately 6 3/4 inches long.
