Vintage Ceramic apple luminary with‎ cutouts by a Mystery Artist

This is a ceramic apple-shaped luminary with decorative cutouts. It is designed to hold a candle or flameless light, creating a warm and inviting glow. This item is signed on the bottom by what appears to say "by Leah". There is also an inscription in one of the leaves that appears to say "IANDOUA". I wasn't able to find any information on this artist.
