Fantastic piece. I’m not sure of the intended use; however, the opening is 6+” and could make for a quaint paper napkin holder. Could also be suitable as a dried flower holder/ decorative table centerpiece The piece is open at bottom and not intended to hold a plant or flowers Hand painted and signed 1973. Height 11.5” Minor paint loss that can be touched up if desired.
