Vintage Ceramic Mouse Figurine Japan Two animals in pink basket decoration

Charming ceramic mouse or animals in basket figurine. I'm not sure if they are mice or little bears or what. The basket is pink. I tried to take several pictures since it's hard to get the coloring in the lighting. They are kind of a dark gray, blackish brownish color. It measures about 4" long and about 3" high.
