Vintage Ceramic Lace Up Boot with Floral Accents with Felt Bottom Unique

There is a distinct "Y" marking on the front of the boot. I have been unsuccessful identifying it. This is a smooth ceramic finish. It feels like it has been glazed, but it is not a glossy finish. Felt bottom is in-tact as seen in the photos. Additional cleaning may be required. I am unable to find any chips or cracks. Please feel free to reach out with any questions. Thank you!
