Vintage Ceramic Crack Pot Scarecrow w/Pumpkin 9.5" 1997 Halloween Thanksgiving. Very nicely painted ceramic "Crackpot" character. Scarecrow/Gnome boy has a crow and pumpkin friend with him! Has one small chip in the leaf on his head. Also has a hole drilled in his crack pot, perhaps for a light? Signed on bottom by painter and dated 1997. Great addition to your Halloween Fall decor!
