Vintage Ceramic Cat with Tongue Clacker

Super cute calico (?) cat face, handpainted on ceramic with its tongue hanging down inside for a clacker. Looks like you can adjust the knots to make the tongue hang down further. There is a bit of crazing, but the paint is nice and bright. This item has some chipping on one side of the bottom opening; not very noticeable unless you’re looking for it.
