This Ceramic Vintage Pendant was Decoupaged with a rose design napkin and hand wrapped with Sterling Wire & Multifaceted Crystal Beads. WHAT IS DECOUPAGE? 

Decoupage is the art of decorating an object by applying paper cutouts onto it in combination, than adding a clear coat of varnish to seal the paper.
