Beautiful vintage service plate from Salem China Co. This circa 1970's beauty shows a scene 2 Victorian women sitting and having a discussion in gorgeous 1800's gowns. It has a light blue border with 23k gold scrollwork. It is in excellent used condition with no chips or cracks, however there is some crazing on the back.
