Vintage Celine genuine monogram tote bag (handles replaced)

A rare celine tote bag that I purchased from a Japanese vintage auction It is in somewhat poor condition, but I loved the style so much that I got it and had the handles replaced with leather DM for questions! Please DM for more info!
