Vintage Celia Sebiri Gold Fan Locket Pendant Necklace on Cord

This rare locket pendant by Celia Sebiri was created between 1960 and 1980. The Chinese-style fan is adorned on each side with an embossed floral motif that includes one closed and one open bloom and blades of long leaves. Inside, the locket is engraved with Celia Sebiri's signature. It comes on an 18” long black nylon cord. This locket is in outstanding condition.
