Vintage Cast Iron No. 3 frying pan seasoned 6 1/2" kitchenware camping cook EUC

This is a Cast Iron Frying Pan measuring 6 1/2" with two spouts.  The bottom has a "3" and, I think, very subtle, possibly an L in a circle.  There are no other markings.
