Vintage Cast Decorative Oval Footed Planter / Bowl Scrollwork 9"X7" Brass??

Features: • Vintage Footed Bowl Brass? • Planter or Decorative Bowl Oval • Size: 9" by 7" x 6-1/2" tall • Scrollwork on top Condition: Pre-Owned This bowl is in good used condition. It does not look to be made of anything ferrous like iron since my magnet does not stick to any of it. The foot definitely rings when struck. The upper part still does not stick to a magnet. And I think I do see some gold peeking through where the finish has been rubbed. I am guessing that it's brass that is painted to look Rusty or rustic but I'm not 100% sure. The bowl and scroll work could be a type of iron that does not stick to a magnet such as high carbon. There seems to be some goldish color poking through on the bottom edge finish of the pedestal as well. Please ask any questions. 25HM Thank you for supporting our small business!
