Carvel Hall carving set, which includes a carving knife and fork, presented in its original box. Carvel Hall, founded in 1895 by Charles D. Briddell, became famous for its steak knives after an employee designed a letter opener that was later transformed into the iconic Carvel Hall steak knife.
