Vintage Cartier Panthère Sunglasses

These are the Panthére Aviator sunglasses from Cartier with the amber toned glass lenses. Inside nose bridge is stamped with “Cartier PARIS 63 16” on the bottom of the bridge is a serial number E028012. On the outer edge of the lenses, there is an engraving of an ornate version of the Cartier logo that only shows up when breathed on. Impossible to really capture here, but it is one of Cartier’s authenticity measures. These are the most beautiful piece of eyewear that I have ever seen, not just that they are ornate, but that they are an incredibly flattering shape for any face that I have seen them on. The only reason I am selling them is that I am too paranoid to wear them often. I want to pass them along to a good home.
