Vintage Carter's Baby 12 Month Yellow Rain Coat Jacket Boat Racing Nautical Hood There are a couple tiny rips on the bottom of the jacket. The yellow shell is peeling underneath the left armpit. Some stains on the inside of the jacket. The white embroidered numbers have some light dirt stains. Zippper works great. Please look at all the photos. The size tag says 12 months.
