Vintage Carousel Horse Hand Painted 18" Tall x 12" wide Heavy Base 🎠🎠

Vintage hand painted resin carousel horse with heavy base. Horse in stationary, it does not spin or turn. It is 18” tall & 12” wide. Brass metal base shows some aging, 2 of the ribbons have a small spot on them & there are some tiny paint skips that could be touched up or left alone as they are tiny & not very noticeable.
