Vintage Carolyn Tanner Brass + Shell textile Art Decorative Belt *RARE* boho

Carolyn Tanner was a designer of unique, wearable art belts from Atlanta, GA, primarily known for her 1970s and 1980s vintage statement pieces that featured eclectic combinations of braided ropes, cords, and fabric. Her designs often included bold gold-tone buckles, beaded details, and colorful, sometimes abstract, patterns, with a common closure system using velcro for adjustability. This gorgeous belt is one of he unique, hand hammered brass center piece, accentuated by braided, gold and silver accents, shells, and natural roping details. This fall is everything about what’s around your waist, the belt is closed by Velcro making it adjustable for a lot of different sizes. Please see measurements within the pictures. I have posted.
