Vintage. Designer is Carolyn Pollack. It is hand made. I was told the stones are Lapis Lazuli and the metal is sterling. The metal is actually signed as sterling along with her mark. It does have normal, minor wear due to age. Needs cleaned. May or may not look differently once it has been. I haven’t even wiped it off. It is stretchy. It can adjust to different size wrists.
