Beautiful Vintage Carole Little Costume Party Skirt. Black Rayon Velvet Burnout design with dark green underlay and silver sequin detail. Soft, flowy, Bohemian, Gypsy, Frida Kahlo style. Would make a great Halloween costume 🎃 Then do double duty as a holiday skirt. A couple of places with minimal sequin loss, but not really noticeable because of the fullness of the skirt. Size is approximately 6-8. Tag reads 6 but measurements taken flat are: waist: 15" (30" doubled) with button and 7" zipper closure; length: 33". Note: there is no stretch in this material. Halloween.
