Vintage Cardigan Sweater Vest with Hand Embellishments of Ribbon and Embroidery

This is a gorgeous sweater or vest with so much handmade details. There is embroidery and ribbon work woven into the vest. Beautiful soft colors of the flowers and leaves are splashed against a heather blue style sweater vest. Even the little sweater button are crocheted knots. The size has been cut out and I did not get a picture of the brand tag, but I will add it. Armpit-armpit is 23” and the length is 26”.
