This is a vintage Camel cigarettes can koozie from 1991. It was made by Barton "Kool" Buddies Inc. The piece is made of a rubbery plastic and is a 3D form of Joe Camel's head smoking a cigarette and wearing sunglasses. The back says "Smooth Character."
