Vintage California Concepts Early 90's 100% Cotton Dress Size 7‎

This 100% cotton California Concepts early 90's spaghetti strap dress is rare and well made. The top half is corduroy and the bottom flaunts a girly flowery pattern. It has a back zip closure. I've owned this dress since the early 90's but it's been hanging in my closet unworn for decades so it's time to put my nostalgia aside and rehome this awesome statement piece. You'll be the only one in any crowd wearing anything like it. Pair it with some combat boots or gladiators like I did and hit up a music festival this summer. Please see measurements in images.
