Vintage Caliché Tropical Print Shirt, Cuffed Sleeve, Made in USA

Don’t have a lot of info about this shirt other than it is likely from the 1980s (but could be slightly later or earlier). I love the print but it’s definitely a stiffer material. It is definitely not within the measurements of what an 18W size would be nowadays; seems much smaller, maybe more in the 12 (or Large) range. Please see photos for approximate measurements.
