Vintage CZ ring, size 5

This may not be a real diamond, but it sparkles like one. It's been recently cleaned by a jeweler, and it has a nice patina. I'm not sure how old it is because I purchased it online from an estate sale, and I don't have much information about it. This piece would be a fun ring to wear while thinking about all the history it has seen through the years.
