Vintage C&A Skirt Size 46 Women’s lined/elastic waist EUC

I thrifted this gorgeous midi length skirt. The waist band stretches to fit a 46 inch waist, features beautiful blackk and gold buttons detailing. The skirt is lined and is approximately 28 inches in length. 100% viscose skirt 100% polyester lining Vintage brand C and A (canda) or c&a I don’t believe this has been used. It still has the straps to hang it attached. Unfortunately this piece is too large for me and as much as I want to alter it, I know I won’t have the time.
