Vintage Button Down Blouse Fashion Bug

Lightweight blouse that has lots of expandable movement to it in pleated polyester fabric. I believe I measured the hips to reach 50" of width at full spread. There's just a slightly visible sheerness in this fabric. I wore this with a teal green camisole under it, but mostly with a sleeveless undershirt bralette for the very few times it was worn. Six pearly white Moonstone-looking buttons. No buttonhole set at collar. Bell sleeves. Color blend of: Royal blue, soft white, black, teal green/turquoise. Smoke free/pet free environment.
