Vintage Burrell 8” Roast Slicer Knife – Stainless Steel Blade – Wood Handle

This is a vintage Burrell 8” roast slicer knife with its original paper sleeve. Made in the USA by Burrell Cutlery Co., Ellicottville, NY, this knife features a stainless steel blade and a solid wood handle secured with brass rivets. The blade is marked “Top Flight Stainless Steel by Burrell” and has a fine slicing edge designed for carving roasts and meats. The original sleeve shows some age-related wear and discoloration but remains intact. The blade has some minor spots which could most likely be polished off
