Vintage Burl Wood Cameo Brooch

Very unique and rare. California Redwood Burl Tree. Most of these I have seen have some wear due to the material they are from. This is one of the only ones I have seen in a gold frame. Gold Tone. Cameo itself is carved from either celluloid or Bakelite. She is beautiful and has gold accents on her flowers. As mentioned the wood has a few scrapes or rubs, but it is in good condition besides that. The closure works very good. Measures 2”.
