Yes there are a couple of dirt spots and yes one bottom basic black button is missing but no holes or moth eaten areas. I did not try to wash it, so maybe these stains will fade? Really nice warm wool jacket with lots of pockets. 28 inches in length, 23 inches armpit to armpit 21 inches across the bottom.
