Black lace mini-dress or tunic NWOT

Such a pretty dress! I have it in kelly green and get lots of compliments on it. I bought the black for some reason it is super small. It is marked 2 XL but that is Asian size so it fits more like a woman's large. Measures 18 in armpit to armpit, 30 in in length with a 7in cap sleeve. Missing the back button, but a new one can be easily sewed on. Otherwise it's in new condition. Has a shear under slip attached to it.
