Vintage Browns of Bermuda Wool Plaid Wrap Pleat Mini Skirt Buckle S

Made a great Britain, browns of Bermuda plaid wrap kilt skirt. Hooks on one side and buckles on the other, the front vertical seam is frayed by design. The front is flat, the back is pleated. I believe the skirt to be vintage. It is 16 inches long and across the waist it measures 12 inches on its tightest buckle setting and 13 inches across at its loosest. The tag size is US 10 but with vintage it is best to go by measurements to ensure a proper fit for you.
