Been investigating this unmarked piece. I have found HOBO TURTLE made by Jeanne and it has the same tummy and HOBO theme. It isn’t marked or the oval JEANNE little plate may have come off. This is a piece that gets many comments when I wear it. Pin is tight and secure. Stands 2” tall and at the widest is 1.75”. Green eyes. This is likely a rare piece and I enjoy it immensely so a bit firm on price. I ship daily from a clean smoke and pet free home 🏡
