Gorgeous shape with giant pockets for all the things! She's for a tall person with a smallish waist...The fabric has a linen texture so I think it's a linen poly blend. Has darts front and back to really give it shape. Has a front 16" slit for easy walking. Only label was a tiny (size probably) that was cut out, so please go by measurements for sizing. 26" waist no stretch 36" hips 40" long In good condition. Light signs of wear such a light pilling to fabric but overall not very noticeable. Plastic zipper and two button closure in back. Happy to answer questions 😊
