Vintage Brenda Hollon *Rare* Burgundy Velvet and Lace Midi Dress, size S

I love this gorgeous vintage velvet dress from Brenda Hollon. In a rich burgundy color, it features a lace color and lace at the wrists. It is a vintage size 8, but measures more like a small. It is 17.5” PTP & 13.5” across the waist (with no stretch). There are belt loops, but no belt. Could be worn with a belt or belt loops could be cut off. There is one stain on the lace of one of the sleeves (shown in the last photo). Looks very similar to the Doen Meltia dress (shown in stock photos- this dress is a longer version of the Meltia dress)
