This is a true vintage dress The belt is original but it almost feels kind of sticky. The dress isnt sticking to it or anything like that, kind of hard to explain. But the belt is like a jelly plastic material. Maybe if you rub it down with goo gone it will go away It says its a size 10 which is probably true to size. The waist still has good stretch and its pretty stretchy. There are buttons on the sleeves so if you needed to make the openings wider you could take the buttons off and sew them to give you a bigger opening. The Sleeves are not full length the go just past the elbow
