Vintage, union made Breli Originals dress, made in the USA. Incredible fun and dynamic print- a little bit cottagecore, a little bit maximalist, a lot bit fun. Has a bit of a puff sleeve; lovely buttons at back of neck. In good vintage condition- missing belt (belt styled with not included), some scent from dry cleaning.
