Vintage Brass Gold Photo Picture Frame Ornate 80s 90s Scrolls 8x10 As New Unused

This is in excellent vintage condition and has never been displayed. It has a very shiny lacquered finish and velvet backing. Can be hung or used on a tabletop. The frame measures approximately 12.5" x 10.5" x 1" and hold an 8 x 10" photo. It is metal and has a brass finish but I don't think it's actual brass. When you buy vintage, you aren't just buying an object - you're sharing a piece of someone's past.  Please see all pictures as they are the best descriptors.
