Vintage Brass Cuff Bracelet with Raised Spinning Gold Trimmed Painted Disc Very unique hand crafted item. Brass cuff with a crackle distressed overlay. In the center is mounted a circular disc that spins. It is gold with a multicolored design that looks almost like watercolors mixed with stain glass. This is an artisan piece with a steampunk vibe.
