Vintage Brass Cauldron Pot 3 Footed Planter Ornate Feet Handles 4” Diameter

A vintage brass three footed cauldron. Approximately 4" in diameter, 4" tall. Inside bottom has resin residue that I can't get out. Needs brass cleaned as well.I'm not sure how old this is.
