Vintage Brahmin Copper Python Shoulder Bag With Dustbag

Fair Pre-owned condition. The outside body of the bag is in very good condition and has its hang tag and comes with dust bag. Main issue on outside is the handles it has this coating that is starting to come up and Separate from the bag. Examples are shown in the last few photos. On the inside is it okay with some pen marks. Again I tried to photograph the pen marks. Cute Shoulder bags but the handles need some fixing I'm not sure what to do about the Peeling.
