Bradford brand name dates to Dec. 1, 1953. Koracorp got Resistol in 1970, and eventually registered the name in 1975/76. Byer-Rolnick never got around to registering the Bradford name. So, Resistol acquired the brand sometime between '53 and '70, or else I suppose it’s possible they created it. ultimately resistol owns Bradford hats.
