Vintage Bracelet Charm 1964 64 Graduation Cap Diploma Scroll Life Milestone

Vintage Charm for a Bracelet Small silver tone dangle style charm in the shape of a diploma scroll with 64 on the front. I have not polished the charm as you may like the silver patina and I wanted you to be able to decide the finish. Missing a jump ring. Pease see pictures for measurements.
