Vintage Boyt Executive Companion Canvas Case •Zip Around Closure I found an old article describing the case from 1983. It reads: 'The man or woman who travels on business and whose desk is in a hotel room often misses the small necessities that are taken for granted in the office. The makers of Boyt luggage have a handy idea in their “Executive Companion,'' a zippered canvas case that is fitted with such things as paper clips, rubber bands, a tape dispenser, a hole puncher for paper, stapler, scissors, ruler, tape measure, business card holder, pen, knife, small flashlight, pencil sharpener and even a can opener and screwdriver. Everything fits neatly into its own comparment. The case is $40 in the fifth-floor luggage department at Macy's.
