Vintage Boys Shiny Green Taffeta Vest

Here for your consideration is a boys vintage shiny green taffeta vest. I am not sure of the size as the piece is handmade. Here are the measurements with the vest flat and from one side. Arm pit to pit 13.5" shoulder to hem 16". This has two faint tiny spots on the back of the vest. Otherwise in good condition.
