Vintage Boys Jean Denim Jacket with Patches, Levi's. Size Small

A cool boy's vintage denim jean jacket from Levi's with patches from all over the U.S. Tag says "small" - maybe a size 10?? - but see measurements. Measures approximately 19" L from shoulder to hem and 18" pit to pit. Sleeve length from shoulder is 16.5". Jacket has some wear, permanent stains on jacket and/or patches and loose stitching on one sleeve. See all photos.
