Vintage Box of 12 Christmas Glass Ball Ornaments Japan Aqua Mercury Glass

Lovely box of vintage glass ball ornaments from Japan! Set of 12, all aqua-colored. Hand-blown, so you'll see little bobbles in the glass. Box is stamped "1 DOZ Japan". I'm guessing these are from the 1950s. Great vintage condition. Some variation in the size/shape of the balls - see photos. Tarnish spots and fading in color. Some balls are more translucent, some less. No visible chips or cracks. For some of the balls, it seems like the cap 'floats' on top of the neck and the cap can be crooked (see 4th to last photo). Box is in good vintage condition, with tears and writing. Balls are approximately 2.25" diameter, with some variation in size. Box is 10.25" x 8" x 3".
