Vintage Borghese Chalkware Figurines Matching Boy & Girl Couple Vintage 1950’s Mid-Century The Mid- Century Borghese Chalkware Couple was manufactured by Niepold’s, Inc of Gaithersburg, MD. Beautiful Facial Details on Each The Girl has one hand on her chin & other is holding her bonnet. The Boy is holding a birds nest & is gazing at it. The Couple measure 10 1/2” Tall, Base 3 3/4” The Borghese Label is on the base of the girl. There are several very small pencil point sized nicks in the glaze on each.
