Vintage Bookplates

This is a set of "Book Tree" bookplates by the Antioch Bookplate Company, featuring a design by artist Robert Whitmore. The bookplates are labels that can be placed inside books to indicate ownership.  The design, which depicts a tree with its roots wrapped around an open book, was first introduced in the 1930s and has been a bestseller since.  These are new in the box. plastic is still on thre box.
